Interviews with Mirko Đjorđevič

Authors: Atej Tutta, Bojan Matjašič

Mirko Đorđevič is Sociologist of Religion and a publicist from Serbia. He is also an Christian who openly criticizes modern Serbian Orthodox church and it's connection with nationalism. In his lectures and discussions with the participants he presented the causes and and nature of modern Balkan wars. These were not 'religious' wars, but a military conquest, initiated and led by political leaders and 'war' criminals. Religious stigmatization and segregation came-in later, as a necessary excuse for the crimes, and newly established ideology that would support the existing situation.
