Current situation – Where are we?: 20th July, 2005:

1. The preparatory part of the project was carried out /April – July 2005:
- Preparatory meetings / Zagreb /26th April/; Novi Sad /26th and 27th April 2005/; Ljubljana /24th May 2005/; Novi Sad /11th and 12th June 2005
- Preparations for production: setting up of the web page, its constant upgrading and e-communication; preparation of theoretical theses; preparation of the outline for the documentary script; preparation of the operation plan for production

2. Production was carried out / 2nd July 2005 – 12th July 2005:
- Shooting: preparations for the event, research of the multiethnic area of Novi Sad, travelling and arrival of the festival goers (interviews etc.), shooting of the main event and „the day after“.
- Preparations for the round table and Round table itself/ public discussions
- Rough selection of video material

3. Postproduction / August – October 2005:
- Rough editing of the documentary / Novi Sad, Zagreb
- Editing of the texts for publication/ authorisation of the round table, written texts, translations into three languages etc
- Final montage of the documentary / Ljubljana, Novi Sad
- Finalization of the publication

- Premiere and discussion: Ljubljana, October 2005
